This rebate is based on a standard transaction where the selling agent (Houston Real Estate Discount Home) receives 3% of the sales price as a commission. Houston Real Estate Discount Home will issue back to our customers their up to 2% rebate at closing (with the builder's permission) or within 7 days of closing.
